the numbness inside is not exactly felt
but perceived as being an action which will lead to
nil.
the cobwebs in my head take the form of cobwebs you
will see anywhere
except they’re tighter and more deadly
eyes no longer see
hands no longer feel
ears no longer hear
and taste limited to a few munchings of a few sharp
