caroliner - spindletop knuck knuck lyrics
this is a place to be wary of as smallpox childrenpox
and this was called the house spiddletop knuck knuck
with a love anger enjoyed wall in disfigurement
a tall braving mall pushed full into a crevice
a hapless rabbit pelt with tiny jars placed on it
was growing goiters onto the skin. that old line ‘i owe you
one, ya you sure do’ is held past (?) a bread trap
and turned red punishment on you. the leg shortened
by most of its natural length, the mouth weakened
the armpit extends to onе ear. so its useless to
try еating and digesting and to kiss is unthinkable
some woman is dressed up and she has a foot
long hat pin. this pin is unused because fear
holds her face. a banner lady who grins like an
animal is left in meantown downstairs murdering
to smear on four walls a classmate who kissed digestion
the dress so smeared because bedwetting has her
memories aflamed. pitchforks and torches are staked
around the begloomed spiddletop. and inside the piano
chops confused eye winks as the so called house+
owner speaks: “notice the carpets are real and littered
with gifts of pennies.” then there is paper falling
making confusion complete. torches raise and
follow inside to stand on stair and seat on seats
scrambling around i hear despairing cries inside
the ones who are dead are the ones who are buried
in their sombre dark sleep. and for the ‘what i know’
the dress was smeared with no blood, but grease
and for all i know i have buster (l+ster?) hind feet
so ye say seek and find ye. i have to believe all that
i’ve seen and nothing i can’t read. i have been concerned
before with grief. now, i grow empty with thoughts
that can not finish what they start. if you have seen
everything as i have wrong mind once keen (been?) your
eyes would want a grave! the type of grave that would
lie under a mountain and which no shovel would
brave. so the wary and knowledged can avoid the
disease of childrenpox and you will have heard
the fate of me and see my charring from knuck
knuck. you can blame this on indians in ignorance!
you can blame me for my burns in ignorance!
but i’ve raced with my skull, a skull nevertheless, the
full disturbing distance!
