so what happened was i got in this situation where i felt like you know my back was against the wall
and as i was sitting there i was just thinking like before i was alive i felt no pain like there was no pain in my life before i was living
and at that moment all i really cared about was getting back to that
you know i was the kind of kid that used to admire the lame kids at school
i was so concerned with my flaws and insecurities and the evil side of people that i could’t really understand how these kids were smiling
like everything that i was working toward getting in life, everything i had that i considered valuable
you know they had none of it
but they always had the biggest smile on their face
i can remember being liken 11 and 12 years old just wanting peace
and after going through the whole overdose situation
i just, i began to reflect back on those years and wonder why i didn’t have the help that i needed

the reaction i get from people hearing my music confirms that my situation happened for a reason

my last facebook status before i took the pills was going to see mom
and even though i love and miss my mom a lot i can’t tell you how much of a blessing it is to still be here doing something that i love you know
