focus on your breath
notice your breath
and the ease of inhaling and exhaling
inviting and letting go

as you breathe you inhale the prana
energy of the universe
it enters so simply, so easily and so full
and it leaves with a mixture of your own prana
that you share with the universe

and as you breathe, you notice a small sphere
a warm light glowing
just sitting above your head
ever so peacefully
so filled with energy
and at the bottom of this sphere is an opening
and through that opening
light flows downward
landing on the crown of your head
and it begins to melt
across the top of your head
your crown
over your forehead and your eyes and your nose

this warm, glowing, loving light
down the sides of your head
covering your ears
the back of your head
down to your neck
all sides of your neck
across your shoulders
and down your arms
this beautiful blanket of light
covering you, protecting you, loving you

and the light continues down your arms
across your elbows
your forearms, wrists, hands, fingertips
and down your back
your whole back covered in warm beautiful light
and the sides of your body, and the front
completely covered, completely embraced
fully loved by this light

the sphere is sharing its light continuously
and your entire being is covered
embraced, protected, loved

it comes to your hips
down through your torso, down your legs
across your knees, your thighs, ankles
covering your entire feet

and as this light reaches the bottom of your feet
it continues down
to another much larger sphere
where your feet touch
the earth

the light flows from above
covering your entire being
and flows out through the bottom of your feet
onto the earth
sharing the love, the light, the warmth

and as the light enters the earth
and swirls around and shares its prana
it returns
and that very light
now infused with earth energy
returns into your feet
and comes up through your ankles, and calves, and knees
covering your entire body
reaching your head
and then heading back up
into that little sphere

and this exchange of loving light energy
flows continuously
it flows down, it flows up
it flows in every direction
in the interconnectedness that is all
and you are a part
and you are here
and you are protected, and loved by this light
