early+night brawls and misbehaviour
libertine congregations
having a dance amidst the clamour
of your daytime frustrations
where did all the youthful people go?
you scurry to the dusk like some kind of refuge
from the people you don’t really know
and who treat you all the same

frolics and fun have lost their purpose
is this really entertainment?
sat+rday club nights host the circus
while you’re watching from the pavement
