the effects of covid+19 has led to economic disparity amongst minorities in america which is called racial sitmitism. racial simitism is the division of separation and segregation of inequities of the american economy system. american cases like wade vs. the board of education, plussy vs. ferguson and the scottsburough case is an example of fair representation of the american supreme court which proved that racial inequality and discrimination is wrong and can lead to social and economic problems in america. thе racial simitism in america is the plight of white еquity or wealth. racial simitism began with the fear of whites losing power, status and wealth. today most whites in society have more wealth and power than minorities. the division in american economy on minorities has decreased employment and fair pay, has increased incarceration in prisons amongst minorities, has displaced minorities to poorer housing secluded from white neighborhoods, has increased the number of drop out students, has denied a fair education for minority students, denied equal education to minority students, has made it harder for minorities to pay for college, denied minorities the right to a fair representation and fair trial. the racism of 2021 is racial simitism of separation and segregation of ecomonic inequality to minorities to white people. it is written in the constitution of the united states that every american has the right to freedom and justice. a caged bird sings a fearful teal, a free bird sings of freedom. man is not truly free until he has the same rights as other groups in america. america is divided on race because of economic disparities that makes us seperate. a person can not defend himself in court, when he deserves a fair trial. a man without a good education can not get a good paying job. a man without who can not sustain living, will lead to incarceration, poverty and disabilities that may lead to death. a man who can not behave freely will become disfunctional. when man can not teach the truth as a reflection of his own experiences, history is not told in the classrooms. it has become unfair when black teachers are fired when they are to speak about critical race when the theory based on critical race is not the truth. america values are at stake in america when we can not defend our beliefs and share our views openly to listen to and to determine a positive outcome for our future. as governor, i ask you to speak up and defend our rights in nevada, in america because it is critical to sustain the american economy. the distribution of wealth is the fabric the connects us and keeps us together. the voting rights law allowed americans the right to elect officials who were in sound mind, with positive morals to represent us. the civil rights law was amended to support poor people so that they could live an equitable lifestyle. in all fairness, racism is wrong and should not have been implemented in america. black people suffered from the restibrutions of slavery today. minorites are suppressed in society where every time minorities achieve success they are driven away from their homes. it is time for change
