because if i got my facts correct, 20,000 tents were left
abandoned at boomtown last year and that’s about a third of the people there
it pulls a rug from underneath all of its magnificence
oh what hope do we have as humans if we can’t clean our own back gardens

so if anybody out there’s feeling bold
first lets save the festivals and then we’ll save the world
you can be who you wanna be, do what you wanna do
