causes us to be
impervious to the pain
that’s deeply etched upon our

we’re oblivious to the
hate/
that atomically radiates/
from their eyes/
which silently communicates their
wish that all black men would die/
each and everytime/
we open our mouths
and slaughter their senses
with that pulverizing word
of disgrace/
such a contemptible
verbal rape/
unconciously
we’re mimicking those racist white men
who enslaved our race/
s-xually violating our black
women, emotionally crushing
them like a grape/
while their racist descendants
stand off to the

with smiles on their
faces as tears of
joy cascade from their
eyes/
proudly observing and
applauding us black men
as we perpetuate the same
crimes/
their racist ancestors had
committed against our black
women, during their past
lifetimes/
then…they’ll depart
to attend…a jamboree

eliminating all opportunities/
