i remember having this reoccurring dream that i was in a house
i didn’t recognize the house, yet it felt strangely familiar to me
the house had no front or back doors, no windows
and was dimly lit with a subtle hint of green on the walls
i was alone in the house, but it always felt like someone was there
watching me
and i just couldn’t see or hear them
i just felt them
i remember wandering around the empty house for hours
trying to find some sort of meaning or purpose
but i couldn’t enter much rooms and there was never anything there
to do
every time i had this dream, it was the same thing
but something was always slightly off and i couldn’t ever tell what it
was
the house felt nostalgic, and a heavy feeling of melancholy
made my chest ache every time i was there
the house never existed, but it felt like it did
i’ve been there before, but i just couldn’t remember
someone was there, but i just couldn’t remember
i know there was some kind of meaning behind this dream
it was always so vivid like my mind wanted me to remember
like my mind was trying to tell me to remember
but no matter what i did, i couldn’t remember
it was gripping on for its life like thread before fabric tears
