today i read about making every day a friday. study shows that most people are happier when it’s friday. it’s totally understandable because it’s the end of the week, out of work, you’re ready for the weekend. but what about monday through thursday? why not be thankful that god gave us another day of life and we should use that day wisely. happiness is a choice. if we choose to be negative on monday, that your choice. but if you choose to be positive and happy that it’s a new day, that’s you’re choice also

today’s chapter was about listening to god. things may happen in your life that might make you ask yourself “why me? why does this happen to me?” we’ll god makes certain things happen so that you learn things. god does things so those things so he can protect you. but god can’t do everything, he certainly can’t lie. but he loves you and everyone else so keep in mind that the things that happen in your life are so they can mold you, and make you a better person

today’s chapter was about being kind to one another. now in days, all people really do to other people is judge. and that’s never good! make sure you see people through the eyes of love, not eyes of judgement. always love people for who they are, not what they have. most people don’t get the same opportunities as you do. we’re all loved equally by god and he created us to be perfect the way he made us to be. in his eyes, we’re amazing. the enemy only tells us we’re not/

today’s chapter was about our feelings don’t need our permission to show up or go away. sometimes our feelings tend to ebb or flow like ocean waves. we always wish our emotions were different. but wishing won’t change anything. we always need to learn all about our feelings and how to control them
