scene: a drive+thru movie theatre on halloween night. john and sarah are sitting in their car, while brad and stacy are in the car next to them. both couples are watching a zombie movie
john: oh man, this is so scary!
sarah: (laughs) you’re such a scaredy+cat
brad: (yelling at the screen) come on, smash his hеad in already!
stacy: (chuckles) that’s my man
john: (whispers to sarah) why did wе agree to watch this again?
sarah: (whispers back) because it’s halloween, duh
suddenly, a zombie jumps out at the screen and the whole theatre erupts in screams and laughter
john: (jumps) ahh!!
sarah: (laughs) see, i told you it’s not that bad
brad: (looks over at john) you alright over there, man?
john: (nervously laughs) yeah, just a little jumpy
stacy: (looks over at sarah and winks) looks like we’ve got the brave ones here
sarah: (smirks) oh please, i’m not scared of anything
just then, a real zombie emerges from behind their car and starts banging on their windows
john: (screams and ducks down in his seat) oh my god, we’re gonna die!
sarah: (starts laughing) you’ve got to be kidding me
brad: (rolls down his window and grabs a fake sword from the car) not on my watch, zombie
stacy: (cheering him on) get him, babe!
brad jumps out of the car and starts fighting the zombie with his sword, while john and sarah watch in shock
john: (pops his head up and watches the scene unfold) is that a fake sword?
sarah: (grinning) i think so
meanwhile, the zombie is getting closer and closer to john and sarah’s car, until brad finally defeats it
brad: (panting and holding up his sword triumphantly) we did it guys, we’re safe
stacy: (clapping) my hero
john: (looks at sarah) maybe we should’ve brought some weapons too
sarah: (laughs) maybe next year
as the movie ends and the couple’s head home, they can’t stop laughing and talking about their crazy halloween experience
